SHIPPING POLICY
Musu Foods ships nationwide within the United States, including Puerto Rico, and Hawaii using a third-party shipping carrier.
At the moment we are only able to ship to physical addresses, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.
We offer a variety of shipping options in the shopping cart section of our website. Cost for shipping will depend on the number of cakes you order, your shipping address and the delivery option chosen.
We are currently shipping only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This avoids possible weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, Weekends or holidays.
Our daily cut-off time is 11:00 AM. Orders placed by 11:00 AM Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will ship the next available day.
No Changes or Cancellations can be made after an order has been shipped.
During instances of higher than usual volume processing times are subject to change.

Musu Foods is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
The shipping carrier may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver/carrier.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Our products will arrive in an insulated box and carefully packaged to preserve their cool temperature. Despite this, because of our products’ natural fragility, some cracking or breakage may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste or quality of our products.
