How long will Musu’s products keep their fresh taste?

Musu’s Pandebonos will stay fresh tasting if kept in the freezer well covered after open for six months from production date (see expiration date on package for reference), and one month in the refrigerator well covered after open. Musu’s Pandebonos are not meant to be left out at room temperature.

Musu Shake - Traditional Colombian Avena, will stay fresh tasting as long as kept refrigerated. Please refer to the expiration date on the bottle. Note Musu Shake is not meant to be left out at room temperature.

 

When will my order ship?

We are currently shipping Monday thru Wednesday.  This avoids possible weekend overlays.  We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, Weekends or Holidays. Our daily cut-off time is 11:00 am.  Orders placed by 11:00 am Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 11:00 am will ship the next available day.

 

Do you deliver?

We offer delivery service within the Miami-Dade County area.  Delivery fees start at $15.00 depending on the area.  We deliver Monday thru Saturday. Send us an email to info@musufoods.com to place your order. 

 

Do you ship to APO Addresses or P.O. Boxes?

At the moment we are only able to ship to physical addresses.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

 

Do you ship to other countries?

At the moment we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

 

Do I have to be home to receive a delivery?

Because our products are shipped refrigerated, it’s best that you schedule your delivery for a day that you will be there to accept your order.  Musu Foods ships without signature required.  Our Shipping Provider may leave products at the door if there is no one home, however, at its sole discretion, they may choose not to leave a package if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason.  The shipping carrier may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.  We are not responsible for undeliverable products or delays in the receipt of your order in the absence of a gift recipient.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

 

Do you offer corporate discounts?

We are here 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday) from 10 AM – 6PM EST except for US federal holidays.  You can fill out our Contact Us form here or send us an  info@musufoods.com to  info@musufoods.com.  We will get back to you within 24 hours.
