RETURNS OR REFUND POLICY


Due to the perishable nature of our products, Musu Foods does not accept returns.

Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, Musu Foods will offer a credit or re-order.

If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of when your package was received.  For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.  We will make every effort to make sure that you have enjoyed your Musu Foods’ experience.  You may send us a message to info@musufoods.com.

We cannot refund or be responsible for delayed or undelivered cakes due to incomplete or incorrect information provided to us.  Please make sure that you have provided the correct address (apartment #, street #, type of street (Ave., Blvd., St., Rd., etc and zip code) to avoid this problem. 

We cannot refund or be responsible for undelivered products or delays in the receipt of your order due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

We cannot refund or be responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of a gift recipient.
